When do I pay the buyer's agent fees?
The retainer fee of $4,995 is payable upon engagement. The balance payment of $9,995 (or 1% for properties over $2M) is due at settlement. This structure ensures our interests are aligned with yours throughout the entire buying process.
What if I don't find a suitable property?
The retainer fee covers our initial consultation, market research, and property search efforts. If we cannot find a suitable property within a reasonable timeframe, we will work with you to reassess your criteria or recommend pausing the search until market conditions improve.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Our fee structure is completely transparent. The only costs are the retainer ($4,995) and balance payment ($9,995 or 1% for properties over $2M). All market research, property inspections, negotiation services, and settlement coordination are included.
How long does the entire process take?
